Gunpowder River

The fish kill last year didn't kill all of the fish, and the Ratz managed to catch a few decent ones. The fish appeared to be freshly post spawn, which could account for it being a slow day. The weather was not helpful on this hot and humid day that began with a slight rain at launch time. A threat of thunderstorms permeated throughout the day.

Once again Frank won the day, bringing in the only limit. Paul followed close behind, missing out on first place by just 3/4 of a pound. Tom took third place and brought in the lunker of the day, which would have been a truly big fish but for being freshly spawned out.

Tom Todd showing of his lunker winner, helping him bring home a 3rd place finish.
