Elk River

From Middle River to Elk River, the fishing didn't get much better with time. While we did catch one more fish than at Middle River, most anglers again went home frustrated. Even the tournament winner only managed one fish.

This time it was Ron's turn to take home the win with a 2.28 pounder. Frank placed second, beating Mike for the position by .15 pounds. Tom maintained 4th place overall, holding serve on that position with the tournament's only other catch.

Ron shows off his catch for the day, which also happened to be the tournament lunker.

For Mike, when one fish manages to take third place it's a reason to smile.
